An archived copy of the UA earnings call which was held on Thursday the 21st 2011 can be found here. I'm sure most of you read the highlights of the call as reported in the various newspapers, but there are two sections of the call lasting several minutes apiece regarding the ongoing negotiations at United. The first can be found beginning around the six minute mark and the second begins at the 52:40 mark. In between there is one other quick reference to bargaining and the question was "why are you dragging out negotiations?" at the 34:04 mark and that Q&A lasts for about a minute.
If you have the time the call lasts about an hour and it is certainly worth listening too.
