Oil speculation

In yesterday's weekly report I wrote about my concern with the oil market and the speculation that was causing a bubble. On CNBC this morning an analyst was predicting that oil would rise to $109 a barrel soon on dollar fears. Here is an article describing the problem. As I stated last night it is well past time to regulate these transactions. Here is a link to the House of Representatives and here is a link to the Senate.
