NMB Investigated
Here is an interesting letter from the House Committee on Oversight and Government reform requesting information from the NMB on its practices as it relates to several Unions and their treatment surrounding the new voting rules. According to the letter the Committee is focusing on whether Unions may have received preferential treatment or insider information from Board Chairman Hoglander or Board Member Linda Pachula. The Unions mentioned in the letter are ALPA, AFA/CWA, and the IAM.
EDIT: Of course only some kind of simple MORON (like the authors of the recent circulating BS) would believe these allegations to be true given the recent response from the General Counsel of the NMB to a recent inquiry into statements made by Counsel for the IBT.
